Refund Policy for TechnoByElevate

● Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for specific services as outlined below and must be requested within the stipulated time frames. Refunds will not be issued for work that has already been completed and delivered.
●Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@technobyelevate.com. Include your order number, service details, and the reason for your refund request.
●Refund duration
After Approval refund will be initiated within 5 working days.
●Refund repayment method
Refund method will be by bank transfer or the same method as you pay.
●Refund Before Project Commencement: : A full refund is available if you cancel the project before any work has begun or before the initial mockups or wireframes have been approved. ●Refund After Initial Work If you decide to cancel the project after we have started work but before final approval, we will issue a partial refund. The amount refunded will be based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation. ●No Refunds After Final Approval : Once you have approved the final design or development deliverables, refunds will not be provided. This includes any projects where the development phase has been initiated or completed.
●Refund for Monthly Services Digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, and social media marketing are billed monthly. Refunds for these services are available only if the request is made within the first 3 days of the service start date. ● No Refunds for Completed Work No refunds will be issued for services that have already been performed, including but not limited to completed ad campaigns, content creation, and any SEO work that has been executed.
●Project Milestones Refunds for custom software development will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are only available for unapproved milestones. Once a . milestone has been approved and work has continued, no refunds will be issued for that milestone.
●Quality Issues: If you believe the delivered services do not meet the agreed-upon quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, if deemed valid, provide a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
● Force Majeure:
No refunds will be issued for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen technical issues
● Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of this policy. We encourage all clients to communicate any concerns with us directly so that we can resolve them amicably.
● TechnoByElevate reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
